Is this a dating service?

No. Cozyvoix is strictly platonic . We do not offer any form of flirting, dating, or romantic relationship. Our mission is to provide a space for sincere and friendly listening .

Are you available at all times, like an emergency hotline?

No. Cozyvoix is not a 24/7 emergency service. We operate by appointment. In case of a crisis, we encourage you to immediately contact emergency services (911) or a specialized helpline such as Talk Suicide Canada at 1-833-456-4566.

Does Cozyvoix replace therapy or medical follow-up?

No. Cozyvoix is not a therapy or medical consultation service. We offer compassionate listening, emotional support, and human presence, but we do not make diagnoses or prescribe any treatments.

Do you offer this service outside of Canada?

For now, Cozyvoix is only offered in Canada.
International expansion is currently under development.

What happens if I cross the line or break the rules?

Our listeners have the right to end the conversation immediately in case of non-compliance:

Sexual topics, flirting, inappropriate language .

Harassment or disrespect.
No refund will be given in these cases.

Can I cancel or modify my subscription?

Yes, you are free to cancel or modify your plan at any time, with no hidden fees. We believe in flexibility and respecting your needs.

What happens if I miss my call or arrive late?

If you are more than 10 minutes late without notifying us, the call will be considered a missed call and will not be refunded .
We encourage you to let us know as soon as possible so we can see if rescheduling is possible.

What happens if I miss a session?

You can easily reschedule your session via our booking system, depending on available time slots.

Who are the people answering the calls?

Our listeners are trained in active listening, empathy, and emotional support. They are not psychologists, but professionals chosen for their ability to offer an authentic and reassuring presence.
